IrixApps Studio ("we", "our", or "us") is the developer and publisher of Voice FX Editor, a voice changer and audio-video editing application for Android devices.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use Voice FX Editor. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information with full transparency and responsibility.

Our core commitment: Voice FX Editor processes your voice recordings and media files locally on your device. We do not read, upload, or sell your personal recordings to any third party — ever.

Voice FX Editor accesses certain data on your device solely to provide its core voice changing, audio recording, and video editing functionality.

Data We Access:

. Microphone / Audio Recordings – To record your voice for applying voice effects and presets.
. Audio Files (from device storage) – To import your own audio for applying effects.
. Video Files (from device storage) – To import videos into the video editor and add audio tracks.
. App Preferences – To save your selected effects, preset preferences, and app settings locally.
. Device Information – Device model, OS version, and app version, collected by analytics and crash tools to improve app performance.
. Advertising ID – Collected by Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network to serve relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of this via your device settings.
. Crash Logs – Collected by Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix bugs. These logs are anonymized and contain no recording content.
. App Usage Data – Collected by Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app and improve features.

What We Do NOT Collect:

. The content of your voice recordings — never uploaded to our servers
. Your precise or approximate location
. Contacts or call history
. Browsing history
. Financial or payment information

3. How We Use Your Data

All data accessed by Voice FX Editor is used exclusively for the following purposes:

. Voice Recording: Capturing your voice via the microphone to apply real-time voice effects and presets.
. Demo Music Playback: Playing a built-in demo audio track so users can preview all voice effect presets without recording their own voice.
. Voice Effects & Presets: Applying multiple audio effects such as robot, alien, deep voice, echo, reverb, pitch shift, and more to your recordings.
. Audio Import & Export: Importing audio files from your device, applying effects, and exporting the final audio.
. Video Editor: Importing video files, adding voice-effected or clean audio tracks to videos, and exporting the final video.
. App Preferences: Saving your selected effects and settings locally on your device.
. Crash Reporting: Using Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix app crashes and improve stability.
. Analytics: Using Firebase Analytics to understand app usage patterns and improve user experience.
. Advertising: Displaying ads through Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network using your Advertising ID to show relevant advertisements.

We do not use your data for profiling, marketing, or any purpose beyond what is described above.


4. Third-Party Services & SDKs

Voice FX Editor uses the following third-party services. Each has its own Privacy Policy governing how they handle data:

Google AdMob:
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, device information, and app usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with Voice FX Editor — such as which features and effects are used most. This data is aggregated and anonymized. It does not include the content of your recordings.

5. Advertising & Your Choices

Voice FX Editor is a free app supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network.

. Personalized Ads: By default, ads may be personalized based on your Advertising ID and app usage data.
. Opt Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out at any time via Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, or by resetting your Advertising ID.
. Non-Personalized Ads: If you opt out, you will still see ads but they will not be based on your interests.

We do not share your voice recordings, audio files, or video content with any advertising network.


6. App Permissions

Voice FX Editor requests the following Android permissions to provide its core functionality. These permissions are used only for the purposes described below.

. RECORD_AUDIO – To record your voice for applying voice changer effects and presets.
. READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_AUDIO – To import audio files from your device for applying effects.
. READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO – To import video files into the video editor.
. WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – To save your exported audio recordings and edited videos to your device.
. INTERNET – Required for displaying advertisements (Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network) and sending anonymized crash and analytics data via Firebase.
. ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – To check network connectivity before loading ads and analytics.
. ACCESS_WIFI_STATE – To check WiFi connectivity for ad loading and analytics.
. VIBRATE – To provide haptic feedback during app interactions.

All permissions are used only for the core voice changer, audio editor, and video editor functionality of Voice FX Editor.


7. Data Storage & Security

All your recordings, audio files, video files, and app preferences are processed and stored locally on your device. Voice FX Editor does not operate its own cloud servers for storing your personal audio or video content.

Security Measures:

. Voice recordings and audio/video files are processed on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers.
. App preferences and effect settings are stored in Android's local SharedPreferences, not accessible by other apps.
. Exported audio and video files are saved to your device's local storage under your full control.
. Data collected by third-party SDKs (AdMob, Meta, Firebase) is handled according to their respective security standards.


8. Data Sharing & Third Parties

[Your Company / Developer Name] does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, voice recordings, audio files, or video content with any third party for commercial purposes.

Data is shared only in these limited circumstances:

. Advertising Networks: Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network receive your Advertising ID and device information solely for serving ads. They never receive your recording content or media files.
. Crash Analytics: Firebase Crashlytics receives anonymized crash logs with no recording content to help us fix bugs.
. App Analytics: Firebase Analytics receives anonymized usage data to help us improve the app.
. Legal Obligation: If required by applicable law, a court order, or a government authority.
. Business Transfer: In the unlikely event of a merger or acquisition, users will be notified in advance.

We do not share your data with data brokers or social media platforms outside of what Meta Audience Network requires for ad serving.


9. Data Retention

Since Voice FX Editor stores all data locally on your device, you are in full control of your data.

. Voice Recordings & Exported Files: Stored on your device until you delete them manually.
. App Preferences & Effect Settings: Retained until you uninstall the app or clear app data in Android Settings.
. Crash Logs: Retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days for debugging purposes only.
. Ad Data: Managed and retained by Google AdMob and Meta per their respective privacy policies.

Uninstalling Voice FX Editor removes all app-specific data from your device.


10. Your Rights

As a user, you have the following rights:

. Access: View which permissions the app uses via Android Settings → Apps → Voice FX Editor → Permissions.
. Delete: Remove your recordings and exported files from your device storage at any time.
. Withdraw Permissions: Revoke any permission at any time via Android Settings → Apps → Voice FX Editor → Permissions.
. Opt Out of Personalized Ads: Via Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
. Opt Out of Crash Reporting: Disable in app Settings or contact us.
. Complaint: Contact us at our support email if you have any concern.

Users covered by India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act or other applicable data protection laws may have additional rights. Please contact us to exercise them.


11. Children's Privacy

Voice FX Editor is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used this app, please contact us immediately. We will take prompt steps to address the situation appropriately.


12. Changes to This Policy
